This project is a strong follow up from her first, and well-received album, Rose In The Dark.  Mother is an intimate body of work fully wrapped with love, praise, and worship. This is truly music to be celebrated, and Cleo takes you on a journey with beautiful melodies and insightful words to make you feel that immediately.  You’l find so many jewels on this album, like “Build Me Up”, “Sunshine”, and “Don’t Let It Go To Your Head”, and honestly, its easy to catch a chill vibe, might even influence you to rent a drop top and drive.

You can definitely tell that this album was therapeutic for Cleo Sol as she displays her feelings on being a mother, love, loss, and you will hear the spiritual influences on records like “We Need You” and “Heart Full Of Love”.
